Your tasks
- For our customers in German-speaking countries, you will provide comprehensive technical advice on all aspects of our software components and deliver practical solutions and concepts for new projects as well as for supporting existing customers
- You will be responsible for requirements analysis (requirements management) and the conceptual mapping of use cases in our software, thereby acting as the link between the client and the technical team
- You will integrate our clients’ digital, business and technical process and system environments
- You will support your colleagues in the sales team with pre- and post-sales processes and act as the link between customers and product management
What you need
- A completed vocational training as Business Analyst (m/f/d) / Systems Consultant (m/f/d) / Software Consultant (m/f/d) / IT Consultant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of various project management methods and experience in managing and implementing IT projects, as well as a very good command of German and a confident command of English
- A basic affinity for IT, analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients, line managers and service providers in a professional manner
