Your tasks

What you need 

  • Qualifications: A completed apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) specialising in plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technology, a heating engineer (m/f/d), a gas and water plumber (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience: Initial professional experience in air-conditioning and ventilation technology
  • Skills: Specialist knowledge of building services engineering or technical building management. Knowledge of building systems and building management systems would be an advantage; good knowledge of MS Office
  • Working style: Independent, reliable and service-oriented; staggered working hours from 07:00 to 17:00, on-call duty
  • Additional qualification: Category B driving licence
