With great pleasure we welcome Thomas Schenk Welcome as the new CEO of SYNERGIE Germany!
From 1 October 2024, he will take over the management of our company and join the team with Managing Director Bastian Woeste (Operatives Management), Managing Director David Beier Sales and Business Development and CFO Helge Schaare, to continue shaping the future of SYNERGIE successfully.
Thomas brings not only extensive international experience from leading positions in the IT and staffing services industries, but also a clear vision: „SYNERGIE is ideally positioned as part of a strong, international group with over 50 locations nationwide. Together, we want to expand our market position and broaden our range of services even further.“
The industry faces exciting challenges, but also enormous opportunities – and we are ready to seize them! Thomas Schenk has learned the recruitment industry from the ground up and sees the close connection with clients and candidate markets as the key to sustainable growth.
