Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for the workshop, parts, warehouse, marketing and sales departments
  • Management and optimisation of operational processes
  • Coordination and liaison between administration, the workshop and the parts department
  • Responsibility for staff planning and staff deployment
  • Ensuring quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness, and implementing opportunities for improvement

What you need 

  • Completed further training as a Master Motor Mechanic (m/f/d), State-Certified Technician (m/f/d), Master Motor Vehicle Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by further training in business administration
  • Professional experience as an operations manager (m/f/d), workshop manager (m/f/d) or in a comparable managerial role is required
  • Several years’ experience in the automotive sector, ideally in the commercial vehicle or lorry sector
  • Secure handling of MS Office
