Your tasks

  • Leading and supervising a team of quality assurance staff
  • Guidance for staff on quality inspections of vehicle components
  • Drawing up inspection and rework plans with the client
  • Documentation of work results
  • Communication with customers


What you need

  • A completed technical or craft-based vocational training programme
  • Management experience as a shift supervisor
  • A master craftsman’s or technician’s qualification is an advantage
  • A high degree of independence and motivation
  • Good German language skills and a high degree of independence
