Your tasks

Issuing invoices and creating credit notes.
Communication with internal and external partners.
Independent and timely handling of the entire customs clearance process (export)
Preparation of shipping documents/export declarations.
Maintenance and verification of customs-related master data.
Process documentation – recording and presentation.
Assessment of whether goods are subject to authorisation under EU and German export control regulations

What you need

Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d).
Initial work experience in the field of customs.
Proficiency in using the standard MS Office programmes.
Good written and spoken German and English.
