Your tasks 

  • Advising academic departments on all data protection matters
  • Implementation of the Data Protection Management System (DSMS) within one’s own area of responsibility
  • Supporting and ensuring that operational standards comply with legal data protection requirements
  • Documentation of the results and implementation of the measures
  • Organising awareness-raising initiatives, training sessions and workshops
  • Coordination of regional data privacy managers and data protection colleagues in the international division

What you need

  • A degree from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, law, business law, EU law, compliance or a comparable subject
  • Professional experience in the field of data protection
  • Knowledge of topics such as information security/ISMS, DSMS and integrated management systems is an advantage
  • IT skills and a strong understanding of IT security
  • Business-level proficiency in spoken and written German and English
  • The ability to pick things up quickly, a practical and team-oriented approach to work, and a sense of personal responsibility
