Your tasks

Auditing of accounts for residential and commercial property
Debt management and the settlement of tenants’ accounts
Review and processing of service charge statements and appeals
Handling tenant enquiries and maintaining master data

What you need

A completed vocational qualification as a property agent or equivalent qualifications
Several years’ professional experience in the commercial management of residential property
Driving licence Class B desirable
Initiative, reliability and a structured approach to work
