Your tasks 

  • Administrative processing of purchase requisitions
  • Maintenance and updating of master data

  • Checking and processing incoming invoices 

What you need 

  • A completed vocational training as Office Communications Clerk (m/f/d) / Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) / Office Management Clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a commercial clerk (m/f/d) is required 
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office tools and SAP 
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently
