Your tasks

  • Coordination, management and processing of incoming and outgoing lorries
  • Contact person for drivers regarding appointment coordination and documentation
  • Coordination and maintenance of bookings in the slot management system
  • Generation and analysis of reports 
  • Consideration of occupational safety and quality standards

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Employee - Yard Management (m/f/d), Employee - Transport Processing (m/f/d), Employee - Logistics and Yard Organisation (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • A reliability check in accordance with Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act is desirable
  • Good knowledge of German, spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work shifts (3-shift)
  • Teamwork skills, as well as a responsible and independent way of working
