SYNERGIE says thank you for 15 years

Ms Jasmin Rieger has been an essential and indispensable part of the SYNERGIE family for 15 years now. Managing Director Nicole Munk congratulated her in person on this special anniversary, conveyed the congratulations of the entire workforce and thanked her for 15 wonderful years together. If you ask colleagues at the Pforzheim branch about her, they are full of praise, and the following comments are heard time and again: highly competent, extremely helpful, always ready to listen, thoroughly reliable and more than thorough.

Ms Rieger is a prime example of what sets SYNERGIE apart. She began her career with us through an apprenticeship, subsequently took on increasing amounts of responsibility, and also contributes her skills to the „Digital Personnel File“ project team. Training tomorrow’s skilled workers ourselves, and providing them with ongoing support and further training, is a key factor in SYNERGIE’s success in bringing companies and candidates together for more than 45 years.
