For a decade now, Michael Allgeier has been an asset to our company – both professionally and personally. This is evidenced by the high regard in which he is held by his colleagues. SYNERGIE is deeply grateful to him for this. After joining the company as branch manager in Lahr, one of SYNERGIE’s more than 30 locations in Germany, he has continued to develop his skills and is currently responsible for process and organisational management at the company’s head office.
This passionate barbecue master perfectly embodies the values that SYNERGIE has stood for for more than 45 years: competent, approachable, inquisitive, reliable, solution-oriented and helpful. And the smile in the photo is one of the defining characteristics of the bon vivant Michael Allgeier: none of his colleagues can remember ever seeing him in a bad mood.
