SYNERGIE Apprentices Amongst Themselves

Trainee Day – a date our trainees have marked in bold on their calendars. Usually scattered across the country, they’re now gathered together at the company’s headquarters. It’s an opportunity to get to know one another, learn from each other and plan joint activities – such as the „SYNERGIE Social Day“. The idea, organisation and implementation are all in the hands of the trainees. The only requirement: a project that benefits society.
