Your tasks

Manufacture, precision adjustment and commissioning of complex stamping and forming tools
Safe machining of tool components on conventional machine tools
Professional manufacture and repair of spare parts for tools
Process optimisation of tools to increase service life, output rates and quality standards
Ongoing development of manufacturing processes in close consultation with Production and Quality Assurance

What you need

A successfully completed vocational training as Tool Mechanic (m/f/d), Toolmaker (m/f/d), Precision Mechanic (m/f/d), Toolmaker (m/f/d)) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the field of punching and forming technology or in the manufacture of cutting tools is desirable
Alternatively, several years’ relevant professional experience as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), machinist (m/f/d) or mould maker (m/f/d)
Good knowledge of cold forming using insert, progressive die and transfer dies
A consistently meticulous and precise approach to work
Willingness to work a three-shift rota and a good command of written and spoken German
