Your tasks

  • Organisation and processing of domestic and international dispatch orders
  • Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch
  • Preparation of delivery notes, consignment notes and dispatch documents
  • Commissioning and communicating with hauliers and parcel delivery services
  • Carrying out outgoing goods checks and ensuring deliveries are made on time
  • Maintenance of dispatch data and bookings in the merchandise management or ERP system

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Operator (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in the field of dispatch, logistics and transport management
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and, ideally, ERP or stock management systems 
  • Knowledge of how to draw up dispatch and customs documents is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of German, spoken and written.
  • Forklift licence an advantage
