Your tasks

Independent planning, management and execution of joinery and interior fit-out projects
Work preparation, quantity surveying and technical planning
Preparation of quotations, cost estimates and material requirements planning
Providing expert advice and support to customers
Organisation and coordination of workshop and assembly work
Providing technical guidance and supervision to staff and trainees
Co-ordinating work processes and ensuring that projects run smoothly
Monitoring and ensuring quality, deadlines and costs
Working independently on challenging technical tasks
Continuous development and optimisation of operational processes
Gradual assumption of additional commercial and organisational responsibilities

What you need

A completed vocational training as Master Tischler (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience as a master joiner (m/f/d) with the prospect of taking on a management role and eventually taking over the business is desirable
In-depth knowledge of traditional joinery, as well as furniture-making and interior fit-out
Experience in work planning, quantity surveying and technical planning
Knowledge of quotation preparation and costing
Confident handling of craft-based work processes and materials
A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
Entrepreneurial thinking and an interest in business management issues
Organisational skills and a structured approach
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner towards customers and colleagues
