Your duties

  • Management of the Export Sea Freight Team (both technical and supervisory)
  • Management of operational processes in compliance with all regulations
  • Supporting the team with escalations, claims handling and operational peaks
  • Capacity and staff planning, including arrangements for cover
  • Conducting staff appraisals, coaching and supporting the team

This is what you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational training as Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarder (m/f/d). or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in leading teams is essential
  • Good written and spoken German and English 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook (and, ideally, CargoWise One)
