Your tasks 

  • Assigning tasks, monitoring work output and motivating the team. 
  • Ensuring that operational processes in the warehouse run smoothly. 
  • Monitoring compliance with quality standards and implementing measures to improve them. 
  • Compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines. 
  • Regular consultation with line managers and other team leaders, as well as the preparation of performance reports. 
  • Training and supporting staff to further develop their skills. 
  • Ensuring that targets are met and that customers are satisfied. 

What you need 

  • Completed vocational training in logistics
  • Several years’ professional experience in a managerial role within the logistics sector, ideally with a logistics service provider.
  • Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • A high level of commitment and resilience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
