Your tasks

  • Specialisation in VAT law and knowledge of import and export procedures for goods and services
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB, US-GAAP and IFRS, as well as application of international accounting standards.
  • Performing cost centre and cost unit analyses
  • Booking and processing complex business transactions
  • Professional support for colleagues (m/f/d) on tax law issues
  • Preparation and support for audits, as well as involvement in the implementation of AI-supported booking processes.


What you need 

  • Completed further training as a Tax Specialist (m/f/d), Certified Accountant (m/f/d), Specialist Assistant for Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d), Tax Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of tax law, particularly VAT law, ideally with experience in import/export procedures.
  • Practical experience in large companies or international corporations, as well as in international accounting.
  • Security in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the HGB
  • Knowledge of cost centre and cost object analyses and enjoyment of booking complex business transactions
  • Team-oriented approach, willingness to support colleagues (m/f/d) and openness to new systems, processes, and AI-powered accounting
