Your tasks

  • Control and operational execution of national and international transport (road haulage, sea freight, express parcel services), including capacity planning and route optimisation.
  • Coordination of the entire supply chain between customers, warehouses, networks and transport service providers – using FIEGE-specific logistics systems.
  • Preparation of freight, customs, and shipping documents (CMR, export documents, delivery notes) and digital documentation in accordance with FIEGE quality guidelines.
  • Ongoing monitoring of shipment status, delivery dates, and SLA performance; active disruption and escalation management.
  • Analysis of logistics data, creation of KPI evaluations and participation in process optimisation in the areas of transport planning, dispatch and goods receipt/despatch.
  • Customer service in daily business: price enquiries, capacity checks, delivery tracking, complaint handling, and transport advice.


What you need

  • A completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), training in logistics e.g. specialist in warehouse logistics (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) for a forwarding company is desirable
  • Experience with TMS/dispatching tools and confident use of MS Office
  • Understanding of European transport networks, time slot management and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
