Your duties

  • Holistic customer support, primarily from the mechanical and plant engineering sector, „from A to Z“.“ 
  • Creation and verification of relevant transport documents 
  • Full handling of transport orders in the area of sea freight export, including cross trades
  • Communication with shipping lines, road hauliers, rail/barge operators, terminal operators and international agents as well as airfreight branches 
  • Ensuring a smooth shipping process in compliance with quality standards and deadlines. 

This is what you bring to the table 

  • A completed vocational training as a clerk (m/f/d) for freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Previous professional experience in sea freight export is expected. 
  • Experience in the OOG/project domain is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good PC user skills
