Your duties

  • Holistic customer support, primarily from the mechanical and plant engineering sector, „from A to Z“.“ 
  • Creation and tracking of freight quotes 
  • Full processing of transport orders in the areas of FCL, LCL, OOG, RORO and breakbulk as well as air freight 
  • Communication with shipping lines, road hauliers, rail/barge operators, terminal operators and international agents as well as airfreight branches 
  • Creation of transport documents and freight invoices


This is what you bring to the table 

  • A completed vocational training as a clerk (m/f/d) for freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Initial professional experience in an international air and sea freight forwarding company is required 
  • Experience in the OOG/project domain is advantageous
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good PC skills, ideally with CargoSoft and ATLAS, as well as Dakosy/BHT/Zapp
