Your duties

  • Independent handling of export air freight orders from A to B and from A to Z 
  • Conducting rate negotiations with airlines and carriers
  • Configuration and planning of unit load devices in the gateway 
  • Handling of online customs clearance 
  • Ensuring smooth communication with the warehouse 

This is what you bring to the table 

  • A completed vocational training as Business Administrator (m/f/d) for Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Ideally with experience in air freight
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken 
  • A customer- and cost-focused approach
  • Proficient in using standard IT systems
  • Experience with the CargoWise One system is an advantage, but not essential
