Your tasks 

  • Ensuring the technical availability of the systems
  • Carrying out initial installations, commissioning, modifications, as well as the dismantling and reassembly of plant
  • Fault diagnosis, repairs, inspection and maintenance of the systems in accordance with service and maintenance schedules
  • Handling complaints, warranty claims and goodwill cases in the field
  • Delivering user and maintenance training at the customer’s premises

What you need 

  • A completed vocational training as Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as a Service Technician (m/f/d) is desirable
  • A good command of German and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively for assignments both at home and abroad
  • Driving licence category B required
