Your tasks

Installation, commissioning and repair of door systems (sectional, high-speed and sliding doors) at the customer’s premises.
Independent troubleshooting, diagnosis and rapid rectification of faults in electrical, mechanical and control systems.
Carrying out routine maintenance in accordance with maintenance contracts, and producing service reports and documentation in the CRM/maintenance tool.
Installation of control systems, actuators, sensors, control panels and safety-related components; calibration and fine-tuning.
Support with the commissioning of new projects, acceptance testing with clients and handover to customer service.
Close coordination with office and field staff, recording of faults, and preparing quotations for additional services.
Compliance with safety regulations, work instructions and quality standards; attendance at regular training sessions.
Documentation of all work steps, preparation of technical reports and maintenance of technicians’ checklists.

What you need

A completed vocational qualification as an electronics technician (m/f/d) specialising in industrial electronics, an electronics technician (m/f/d) specialising in energy/automation, or a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification
Work experience as a service technician (m/f/d) specialising in theatre technology is desirable
Knowledge of control systems (WinCC, Siemens/S7 or comparable automation technology), drive technology, sensor technology, cable routing, protection and fuse technology; a basic understanding of PLC programming would be an advantage.
Experience with digital service/CRM systems, mobile devices for documentation, MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), and, where applicable, documentation apps.
Electrical installations, fault diagnosis, measurement technology, reading circuit diagrams, commissioning of drive systems, barrier and gate systems, access control and security technology.
Customer focus, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills, flexibility (travel may be required), sense of responsibility.
Category B driving licence; willingness to work throughout Germany (travel required).
