Your tasks

Providing independent advice to customers, either in person or by telephone/video, on systems, causes of faults and possible solutions.
Commissioning, installation and set-up of coffee and beverage systems, interfaces and accessories.
Maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of electromechanical, hydraulic and control system components.
Troubleshooting, diagnosis and rapid rectification of faults in electrical, mechanical and electric motor systems.
Calibration, fine-tuning and optimisation of brewing systems, dosing and water supply technology.
Documenting all work steps, producing service reports and maintaining technician checklists; using CRM/service tools.
Collaboration with Sales, Logistics and Engineering; preparing quotations for additional services and components.
Compliance with safety regulations, standards and quality standards; participation in regular training and professional development courses.

What you need

A completed vocational qualification as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), Electronics Technician (m/f/d) in Industrial Engineering, Electrician (m/f/d), Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, with further training as a service technician
Work experience as a service technician (m/f/d) for coffee machines is desirable
Knowledge of control engineering, sensor technology, drives/pumps, hydraulics/pneumatics; a basic knowledge of PLC programming would be an advantage; experience with dosing and brewing technology.
Category B driving licence; willingness to undertake regional assignments (and occasionally nationwide, depending on the assignment). Additionally, an E licence for specified activities (training or proof of qualification required).
Customer focus, strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, ability to work as part of a team, flexibility, good time management.
