Your tasks

Carrying out maintenance and repair work on building services systems, including heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and plumbing (HVAC).
Diagnosis and rectification of faults in building services systems to ensure functionality and safety.
Implementation of energy management strategies to optimise energy consumption and reduce operating costs.
Preparation of technical documentation and maintenance reports to ensure the quality and traceability of the work carried out.
Advising and supporting customers on technical issues and opportunities for optimisation.
Close cooperation with other specialist departments to ensure that operations run smoothly.

What you need

A completed vocational qualification as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) specialising in plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technology, a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience as an infrastructure service technician (m/f/d) is desirable
In-depth knowledge of the installation, servicing and maintenance of HVAC systems.
Experience in working with building automation systems and MS Office.
A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
Team spirit, personal responsibility and a structured approach to work.
A willingness to undertake further training and adapt to new technologies.
