Your tasks

Independent planning, installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical, air-conditioning and ventilation systems on site at the customer’s premises.
Troubleshooting, diagnosis and rapid resolution of electrical, control system and meteorological faults in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Maintenance and service calls in accordance with maintenance contracts; preparation of service reports and documentation in the ERP/CRM system.
Installation of control systems, sensors, free cooling systems, VAV/VRV systems, pumps and safety equipment; calibration and fine-tuning.
Support with the commissioning of new projects, acceptance testing with clients and handover to customer service.
Close coordination with Sales, Purchasing and Technical Services; recording of defects; preparation of quotations for additional services.
Compliance with safety regulations, standards (e.g. DIN EN) and quality management/sales standards; participation in regular training sessions.
Documentation of all work steps, preparation of technical reports and maintenance of technicians’ checklists.

What you need

A completed vocational qualification as an electronics technician (m/f/d) specialising in energy and building services, a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), an electrician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a service technician
Professional experience as a service technician (m/f/d) in industrial engineering is desirable
Knowledge of electrical building services, control technology (a basic understanding of PLCs would be an advantage), air-conditioning technology (refrigeration and air-conditioning systems), ventilation systems, control engineering, hydraulics/pneumatics, measurement technology, and the basics of commissioning.
Electrical installation, reading circuit diagrams, troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems, installation and commissioning of refrigeration, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, measurement and control technology.
Customer focus, ability to work independently, problem-solving skills, ability to work as part of a team, strong communication skills, flexibility, good time management.
Category B driving licence; willingness to work regionally or nationwide, depending on the assignment.
