Your tasks 

  • Maintenance and servicing of technical building systems in the areas of heating, ventilation and plumbing
  • Troubleshooting and carrying out minor repairs
  • Documentation and maintenance of fault, test, servicing and inspection reports
  • Coordination and supervision of third-party companies for maintenance and repair work

What you need 

  • A completed vocational training as Plumbing and Heating Systems Technician (m/f/d), Gas and Water Plumber (m/f/d), Heating Engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in technical building management would be an advantage
  • Good German language skills
  • A strong customer focus and the ability to work independently
