Your tasks 

  • Responsibility for the technical operation and maintenance of five properties
  • Close cooperation and coordination with site managers, clients, service providers and the team
  • Tracking defects – ensuring compliance with warranty claims
  • Organisation and management of measures in the event of accidents or complex technical faults
  • Technical advice to the client

What you need 

  • A degree in a technical subject, e.g. electrical engineering, utilities engineering, building services engineering (TGA), facility management (m/f/d), or a Master Craftsman’s qualification (m/f/d) or a State-Certified Technician qualification (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience as Head of Electrical Services (m/f/d) desirable 
  • Driving licence category B 
  • A structured approach to work, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
