On behalf of our client, an established service provider operating within an international corporate group and specialising in information logistics, document management and the optimisation of digital business processes, we are seeking, as part of our recruitment service, a Senior Strategic Pricing Expert (m/f/d) with a strong focus on digitalisation and automation.

Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the digital development and automation of key business and decision-making processes, and will actively drive the transformation towards a data-driven way of working.
  • You will design, implement and optimise automated workflows, digital control mechanisms and intelligent process solutions across core commercial processes.
  • You will identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation, assess their business impact and implement sustainable solutions in collaboration with the specialist departments.
  • You will develop data-driven models, analyses and forecasts, and lay the foundations for transparent and well-informed business decisions.
  • You will set up modern monitoring, reporting and analytics platforms and ensure high data quality and the efficient use of business-relevant information.
  • You will work closely with IT, Financial Planning and Controlling, Sales and other stakeholders, acting as the link between business requirements and digital solutions.
  • You will support the introduction of new technologies, data-driven management models and innovative automation solutions to continuously optimise existing processes.
  • You will support strategic projects and initiatives through digital modelling, automated costing methods and analytical decision-making tools.
  • You will evaluate new technologies in the fields of analytics, automation and artificial intelligence, and implement suitable use cases into operational practice.

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years’ professional experience in the fields of digitalisation, process automation, business intelligence, data analytics or the optimisation of data-driven business processes.
  • Extensive experience in the design, implementation and further development of digital solutions, automated workflows and system-supported control processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of BI and visualisation tools, ideally Tableau, as well as experience in developing modern reporting and dashboard solutions.
  • A strong understanding of data models, system landscapes and digital business processes, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience in using modern analytical, automation and, ideally, AI-based technologies to improve efficiency and optimise processes.
  • Very good Excel-Knowledge of, and the ability to use with confidence, the standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • A strong interest in data-driven decision-making, digitalisation and continuous process improvement.
  • A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a strong ability to put ideas into practice and a spirit of innovation.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English.
