On behalf of our client, an established provider of facility management and in-house services, we are currently seeking, via our recruitment service, a project management expert with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce (m/f/d) to start immediately. Your tasks

  • You will take end-to-end responsibility for the planning, management and successful implementation of (sub-)projects
  • You plan milestones, consistently monitor progress and reliably meet deadlines
  • You chair meetings, status updates and steering groups in a focused manner
  • You identify risks at an early stage and manage escalations proactively
  • You ensure clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders
  • You will gather technical requirements, organise them and translate them into precise IT specifications
  • You will liaise closely with IT teams and ensure that the technical implementation is feasible
  • You’ll oversee the implementation – from testing and quality assurance right through to final acceptance
  • You act as the central point of contact between business units, IT and external partners
  • You ensure that there is a shared understanding of requirements, solutions and priorities
  • You will ensure compliance with standards and guarantee the quality of results
  • You will actively support roll-outs, testing and acceptance procedures

What you need 

  • A degree in Business Administration/Economics, IT or an equivalent qualification
  • Relevant professional experience spanning several years in the project management of digitalisation or IT projects
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (ideally Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
  • Proven experience of working with sales and operational units (operations)
  • Ability to present complex technical requirements to IT teams in a clear and structured manner
  • Experience in managing project plans, timelines and dependencies
