On behalf of our client, an established service provider operating within an international corporate group and specialising in information logistics, document management and the optimisation of digital business processes, we are seeking, as part of our recruitment service, a Senior Data Analytics Experts (m/f/d).

Your tasks

  • You will develop innovative data and analytics concepts and support the expansion of data-driven corporate management using modern analytics methods.
  • You will analyse large and complex datasets using Python and use them to draw well-founded insights and formulate concrete recommendations for the business.
  • You will design and implement interactive Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions that provide transparency and support data-driven decision-making at all levels.
  • You use modern AI and machine learning approaches to identify forecasts, patterns and opportunities for optimisation in business-relevant data.
  • You will drive forward the digitalisation and automation of analysis and reporting processes, and deliver lasting improvements in efficiency, data quality and availability.
  • You will act as a liaison between business units, Data Analytics and IT, and help to build a modern, data-driven corporate culture.
  • You will identify opportunities for value creation and optimisation based on data-driven analyses and support their implementation in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
  • You will evaluate new technologies and areas of application in the fields of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and business intelligence, and introduce these into the organisation.
  • You will develop meaningful KPI frameworks and support management by providing analytically sound decision-making criteria.
  • You will play an active role in the further development of analytics, automation and AI applications, and help to establish data-driven innovation within the company.

What you need

  • A successfully completed Master’s degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years’ professional experience in the field of data analytics, business analytics or data-driven corporate management
  • An excellent understanding of data models, business contexts and KPI-based control mechanisms
  • Essential, sound practical experience in Tableau or comparable BI platforms, as well as in the development of complex dashboards and reporting solutions
  • Very good Python-Skills with a proven track record in data analysis, data modelling, automation and the processing of large volumes of data
  • Proven experience in the use of modern AI technologies and advanced analytics methods, such as generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics or intelligent automation solutions
  • Experience in working with CRM systems and sales-related data structures, ideally Salesforce
  • Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects and in stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured, independent approach to work
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and confidence in using the standard Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
