Your tasks

  • Carrying out tasks: Professional fabrication of components, e.g. staircases, landings, balustrades, etc., based on sketches and drawings; modification or dismantling of steel structures
  • Inspiring an interest in technology: carrying out site surveys; professional on-site installation within the region;
  • Taking responsibility: Ensuring that tasks are carried out to a high technical standard, on time and cost-effectively; contributing to the development of solutions for various customer specifications; providing on-site advice to customers in response to enquiries

What you need 

  • Qualifications: Completed apprenticeship as a steel fabricator (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or construction mechanic (m/f/d)
  • Additional qualifications: Welding certificates 111 and 135 are essential; Class B driving licence; forklift and aerial work platform licences are desirable
  • Experience: Experience in steel and metal construction, comfort working at heights, and some experience in site management
  • Personal qualities: ability to work as part of a team; motivation and reliability
  • Working hours: Day shift from 06:00 to 14:30; willingness to work at weekends; on-call duty and occasional night shifts
