Your tasks

  • Operating and setting up NC-controlled and conventional grinding machines
  • Ensuring and maintaining compliance with the required quality standards
  • Helping to shape and continuously improve manufacturing processes

What you’ll need:

  • A completed vocational training as Grinder (m/f/d) / Metalworker (m/f/d) / Surface finisher (m/f/d) / Polisher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in reading production drawings and using measuring equipment
  • Willingness to work two-shift patterns with limited flexitime options
  • A strong commitment to quality
