Your tasks

  • Management responsibility for the teams in the manual and automated warehouse areas
  • Timely provision of goods in line with the specified loading times
  • Proactive planning of staff deployment and holidays
  • Process monitoring to ensure a smooth goods-in process
  • Quality control during pallet assembly and order picking
  • Stock management through the handling of complaints and active participation in stock-takes

What you need 

  • A completed vocational training as Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), Specialist in Food Technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Some experience in managing staff is desirable
  • Strong communication skills, a conscientious approach, excellent organisational skills and an understanding of material flows
  • A person who is flexible, assertive and responsible
  • Flexibility for shift work and weekend shifts
  • Knowledge of Polish is an advantage (not essential)
