Your tasks

  • Leadership, operational planning and staff development in inbound and outbound areas
  • Ensuring productivity, key performance indicators, and on-time order processing
  • Analysing data and chairing meetings, team discussions and feedback sessions
  • Monitoring and optimisation of processes, operating resources and handling of incidents
  • Adherence to quality, safety, and 5S standards and support in day-to-day operations

What you bring

  • A completed vocational training as Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Logistics Operative (m/f/d) or a comparable vocational qualification
  • Professional experience in the logistics sector and leadership experience is required.
  • Knowledge of inbound and dispatch processes is desirable
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Reliability, as well as an independent and structured way of working
