Your duties

  • Looking after existing customers and acquiring new ones
  • Processing of requests in collaboration with the specialist departments
  • Customer Service
  • Negotiating contracts 





This is what you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational training as Shipping and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding Clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarder (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience as an external sales manager or similar (m/f/d) is expected.
  • Experience in customer service from the freight forwarding and logistics sector
  • You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • You are convincing, work independently and are solution-oriented
