Your tasks

  • Notification of transport boxes to the freight forwarder
  • Creation of shipping documents, export accompanying documents and bills of lading
  • Processing of customer orders
  • Testing of dangerous goods packaging
  • Data capture in SAP and web applications

What you need 

  • Work experience as Shipping Administrator (m/f/d), Logistics Administrator (m/f/d), or Shipping Clerk (m/f/d) is necessary
  • Experience in customs clearance, as well as knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
  • A valid security screening in accordance with Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act is desirable.
  • Sense of responsibility as well as a conscientious and independent way of working
