Here are your tasks:

  • Organisation of domestic transport in close cooperation with Customer Service and the Equipment department
  • Creation of customs documents according to customer requirements
  • Processing of all associated documents for transport 
  • Creation of invoices/complaints of customers and service providers
  • Monitoring of container runtime, outstanding invoices, and billing of additional costs 


What you bring with you:

  • Completed training as a shipping merchant (m/f/d) or freight forwarder and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or similar.
  • Ideally 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable role or in an international environment is desired.
  • At least good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken 
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in the use of standard Office programmes
