Your tasks

  • Negotiations with existing and potential suppliers at an international level
  • Order Tracking
  • Precise monitoring of delivery dates
  • Maintaining supplier master data in the company’s internal system
  • Ensuring the availability of materials to ensure smooth operations worldwide
  • Handling administrative tasks as part of day-to-day operations

What you need

  • In-depth knowledge of Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d), Office Administrator (m/f/d) or as Wholesale and International Trade Management Specialist (m/f/d)
  • Practical experience in procurement or logistics is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with ERP systems (ideally NAV/BC)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Structured approach, reliability, and teamwork
