Focus on recruiting Polish and Eastern European staff

Synergie Personal Deutschland GmbH – Schweinfurt office

Full-time | 40 hours per week | €3,500 gross per month

To strengthen our in-house team at our Schweinfurt site, we are looking for a committed and motivated Recruiter (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting and supporting Polish and other Eastern European workers.

Your tasks

  • Independent recruitment of staff from Poland and other Eastern European countries

  • Proactive candidate search via social media, job portals and existing contacts

  • Building and maintaining our own network of candidates, particularly in Poland

  • Conducting telephone and face-to-face job interviews

  • Assessment of applicants’ qualifications, language skills and availability

  • Coordination and organisation of the recruitment and selection process

  • Close cooperation with our branch management and our customers

  • Support with resource planning and the induction of new staff

What you need

  • Experience in recruitment or the recruitment industry is desirable

  • Excellent command of Polish and a good command of written and spoken German

  • Knowledge of other Eastern European languages, in particular Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian or Hungarian, would be an advantage

  • A passion for working with people and for recruitment

  • An independent, structured and reliable approach to work

  • Strong communication skills, the ability to take the initiative and organisational skills

  • Safe use of social media and digital recruitment channels

  • Ideally, an existing network of candidates in Poland or Eastern Europe
