Your tasks

  • Inspection and documentation of injection-moulded products during production (in accordance with the inspection plan)
  • Regular visual spot checks whilst the system is in operation
  • Initial and final inspection for process approval
  • Approval of the series in close consultation with the production team
  • Implementing corrective action in the event of quality deviations in day-to-day operations
  • Co-ordinating and organising production stoppages, internal complaints and machine stoppages

What you need

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as a plastics and rubber technologist (m/f/d) or materials tester (m/f/d) with experience in quality assurance at an industrial company
  • Several years of experience as Quality Inspector for Plastic Injection Moulding (m/f/d), Quality Assurance Technician (m/f/d) – Plastics engineering, Quality Control Inspector (m/f/d) in the plastics sector, Inspector (m/f/d) for plastics and rubber technology, or Materials Tester (m/f/d) specialising in plastics engineering
  • Safe use of 3D measuring machines and measuring equipment
  • Analytical thinking when errors occur and close, solution-oriented collaboration with the production team
  • Strong communication skills and experience in training colleagues
  • A team player who shows initiative, is reliable and has the ability to get things done
  • Willingness to work shifts (rotating 3-shift pattern)
  • Very good German (at least C1) – both spoken and written
  • Proficient in using CAQ and ERP software as well as MS Office applications
