Your tasks

  • Planning, authorisation and scheduling of production orders, taking into account customer requirements, material availability and capacities.
  • Monitoring production progress and coordination with production, purchasing, and dispatch.
  • Ensuring the availability of materials and resources for a smooth manufacturing process
  • Creation and maintenance of production documentation and data in the ERP system
  • Communication and coordination of delivery dates and changes to delivery dates with internal specialist departments

What you need 

  • Work experience as Production Planner (m/f/d), Production Planner (m/f/d), Work Preparation Assistant (m/f/d), Production Dispatcher (m/f/d) or Production Coordinator (m/f/d) is necessary 
  • Secure handling of ERP systems and good MS Office skills
  • A structured, independent, and team-oriented way of working with strong organisational skills and communication ability.
