Your tasks 

  • Support from the moment staff join the company until they leave
  • drafting HR-related documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, references, certificates, etc.
  • administrative tasks, in particular the maintenance of digital personnel files and the monitoring of deadlines and dates.
  • active support with projects (including some remote working)
     

What you need 

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in the administrative handling of HR matters, for example in drafting employment contracts and agreements or conducting consultations with the works council.
  • You naturally work in a reliable and discreet manner, and as a team player with strong communication skills, you bring solution-oriented and mediating abilities to the role.
  • As someone with strong organisational skills, you work in a structured and methodical manner, making skilful use of Microsoft Office.
  • Ideally, you will already have some experience of using the Workday HR tool
