Your duties

  • Support throughout the entire application process 
  • Drafting job advertisements in consultation with the departments
  • Maintaining applicant records and coordinating interviews
  • Maintaining contacts with schools, educational institutions and the Federal Employment Agency 
  • Participation in and organisation of careers fairs
  • Management of external recruitment agencies; coordination and review of contracts and documentation 

This is what you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational qualification, ideally specialising in human resources, HR management or recruitment services
  • Professional experience in recruitment and staff acquisition, preferably within the temporary staffing sector in technical or industrial fields
  • You communicate confidently and respectfully, and enjoy working with a variety of internal and external contacts
  • Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel, MS Teams, applicant tracking systems, SAP or similar HR software is expected
