Your tasks

Order processing: Creating, editing and tracking orders
Supplier relations: communicating with suppliers and clarifying delivery dates, quantities and prices
Delivery schedule monitoring: Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring that materials are supplied on time

What you need

Completed commercial training, ideally with professional experience in procurement
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, e.g. SAP
Fluency in German and a good command of written and spoken English
Organisational skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
