Your tasks

  • Providing support to suppliers by telephone and in writing
  • Working with pre-defined Excel lists (contact details, telephone lists)
  • Entering and maintaining data in Excel
  • Documentation of discussions and outcomes
  • Support with day-to-day administrative tasks

What you need 

  •  Previous experience in telephony or customer service would be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of German, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • High levels of motivation and organisational skills
