Your tasks

Carrying out dimensional and quality checks on finished parts in accordance with inspection plans, and packaging them correctly in accordance with guidelines.
Quality monitoring, documentation of deviations and direct reporting of faults.
Carrying out authorised rectification work independently in the event of defects.
Comprehensive management of test data and processes in the quality assurance and ERP systems.
Creating relevant documents, reports and analyses using Word and Excel.
Receipt, inspection and recording of incoming materials at the goods-in department.
Carrying out stock, materials and order postings.
Setting up and operating modern optical inspection systems for precise measurements.

What you need

Initial experience in quality assurance, production or final inspection (ideally in the metalworking or automotive supply industries).
We welcome people changing careers from an office background
Confidence in handling measuring instruments and optical measuring systems, as well as the ability to read technical drawings and test plans.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems, production data acquisition (PDC) systems and the MS Office suite (particularly Excel).
Willingness to work shifts (e.g. 2- or 3-shift system).
A strong focus on quality, a precise and reliable approach to work, and the ability to work as part of a team.
A driving licence and a car are an advantage
