Your tasks

Supporting the production management team in the management and organisation of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, sheet metal working, assembly)
Co-ordinating order processing in day-to-day operations, ensuring that deadlines are met and production quality is maintained
Contributing to the optimisation of production processes, material flow and set-up times (Lean, 5S, CIP)
Monitoring health and safety, order and cleanliness on site
Interface with work planning, quality assurance and maintenance
In the long term: taking on responsibility for staff management and the technical leadership of a production team

What you need

A completed vocational qualification in a metalworking trade, such as Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), design fitter (m/f/d), metal fabricator (m/f/d), machining fitter (m/f/d) with further training to become an industrial foreman (m/f/d) in metalworking, technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience as a master craftsman (m/f/d) in stainless steel processing is desirable
Initial experience in production management or as a foreman (m/f/d)
Technical understanding of manufacturing technologies in the field of stainless steel processing
A strong sense of responsibility, the ability to work as part of a team and a willingness to develop further
